If our readers get to decide, then it looks like Peyton Manning will be the Comeback Player of the Year, based on his return from injury to lead the Denver Broncos to a 7-3 record so far this season, while Manning himself has thrown for 24 touchdowns against seven interceptions, amassing 2,975 yards in the air and a 106.2 passer rating. Yep, Peyton is Peyton again, and as a result the Broncos are a legitimate threat to make big noise in the playoffs. While Tim Tebow led the Broncos to the playoffs and a playoff win over the Steelers last season, few (sane) people would question that the move to Manning has been a huge step up in the caliber of starting quarterbacks in the Mile High City.
